I have 2 infected wisdom teeth

I need to know if there is any drug u can buy over the counter to help with an infection caused by my wisdom teeth ? i cant afford to go to the dentist and now my the side of my mounth has swelled and the right ear is sore and the right side of my head feels like it has a migrane theyall seem to be connected ???

i actully live in australia Pain killers and washing my outh out with salty water
