I had my teeth pulled about 7 weeks ago. Now the problem i need an answer to; is, inside my gums where the jaw bone is visible the side of the cheek area would have to be pulled out to expose the gum area and where the roots used to go into the nerve area( that is the best way i can think to describe the area) anyway i have these pionty white pieces sticking out of the gums, some are thru the skin and some are just pushing under the skin. If i touch the peice sticking out of my gum it sends sharp pain all thru my face and jaw. whatever it is is affecting the nerve. when i push lightly on the other spots the pain is not as bad but still hurts. Too look at it the peice sticking out i thought that it was a stitch, but they should all be dissolved by now and if i pull on it shouldn''t it pull out.? please help i just need to know if it is normal or should i worry????????????????
