Well, the piercing will not interfere with your braces, but the tongue is an important organ for eating and tasting that could get infected from a piercing. There are many women that do well with them, but you problably don't see the ones that go bad. The decision is ultimately yours to make, but maybe a different accessory would be just as sexy and less problematic for your health.
